Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. (BHI), is the state-designated Behavioral Healthcare Organization (BHO) for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid provider) for members living in Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas Counties, including the City of Aurora.
