Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention:
Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention is a 12-week group for adults with a mental disorder and a co-existing substance abuse problem.
The group provides education, support and coping skills to help group members stop using drugs and alcohol.

Bipolar Education and Skills Training:
BHI has developed a 9 module consumer and family education to give consumers the skills to manage this
disorder. This program includes modules on Becoming and Expert about Bipolar disorder, Becoming an Expert about Medications for Bipolar disorder,
Preventing Relapse, Stabilizing Daily Rhythms, Developing thinking skills to combat depression and mania, Improving Interpersonal Relationships,
Developing Communication and Problem Solving skills, Managing Stress and Change, and Taking Advantage of the Peer and Community Support.
This program is available to adults with this disorder and their family members. .
